This Privacy Policy applies to all products, services and websites offered by the owner of structurl™ / structurl.com™ or its agents or affiliates; collectively, structurl's “services”.

Information collected and its use

To use any of the services on our website(s) or any services relating to web offerings to you, we may collect your computer name, IP address as well as any other information which may provide us with usage metrics or for account sign up your IP address is logged when you accept the Terms of Service for any related offerings. However at pre-account creation on your domain - if using a structurl application on your domain name - we will require personal information such as your name, email address and an account password. For certain services, such as use of our paid hosting if available or other web application offerings, we also require credit card or other banking account information which will not be stored by us but by payment gateways for billing purposes.

* Some of the structurl services may not require any personal information at all, such as the tips and help libraries hosted on the main structurl site.

* Cookies may be created on your computer under certain scenarios to identify your web browser, however some services may rely on session technologies.

* If you post comments or support requests in any comments or forum areas, your IP Address, User Name and other information may be recorded with those comments or support requests

* Log and Site access information – When you access structurl services, we may record information that your browser sends when you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We may log your usage of our products and services on our domains or your own where using our hosted solutions if applicable to better enable us to understand usage thereof. This information will not be made public in any form.

* Electronic communication with you via email or other methods may be kept in email format or other electronic format as part of general customer service history

* Affiliated or associated sites may require you to use or sign up with them, however you should check and agree to their terms and privacy policies before using their services.

* Other sites / Your sites – This Privacy Policy applies to structurl services only. Even if you use a structurl service or web application or other to provide a service to your clients, this policy does not apply to you in those instances. Other sites / Your site may create cookies on your or other users computers over which we may have no control. You agree that users accessing your sites/domains will be held exempt from this policy and that you will provide your own privacy policy, which will in no way be based on or dependant upon this policy.

Choices for personal information

When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration or creation of an account, we ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.

If we suggest usage of personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy, we will offer you an opt out option. We will not collect or make use of sensitive information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy unless we have obtained your prior consent.

Information security

Your personal information may be entered into a client relations database, which will be restricted to usage by structurl agents for the purposes of support or assisting you as a user and for the purposes of helping us operate effectively.

Data integrity and the updating of personal information

Your data will be entered as you have provided it and maintained to keep it as free of errors as possible, however it is up to you as a user to notify us of changes to your personal information or your requests regarding the integrity of your data. We will attempt to inform you of those changes, however the responsibility remains with you to regularly check this policy to ensure that you remain up to date with the changes.
