what is structurl™?

structurl (pronounced structural), is a term I've created to describe the processes, technologies and best practices for internet development. struct refering to the arrangement and interaction of the parts of the url, the internet resource.

structurl is however not only concerned with the technology issues. Other critical factors of a good web site, app or resource, are also included in the overall structurl concept.
These factors are:

1. a well chosen domain name
2. a domain name strategy for branding
3. SEO - search engine optimisation
4. friendly clean urls

structurl is my vision for the building of internet applications and resources. Due to the nature of the internet, of the global village, structurl is a vision which will not be limited by geographical boundaries. structurl is a builder of internet applications, sites, and resources.
